I am the house magician at Trix n' Stuf magic shop and it looks like I will be doing lots of of reviews on material coming out of Magic Makers. While I had mixed feelings early on about this supplier they have been growing on me. And my feelings about this video are nothing but positive. I think as a intermediate video this is perfect.  All of the tricks are winners and the opening effect is one of my favorites the Chicago Opener. If you are looking for fancy cuts and juggling material, this video will disappoint you.  If you are looking for strong commercial magic you will love it. My only complaint about this video is it does not have Simon performing for a live audience as he did in the Man of Danger series produced by Randy Wakeman. Simon is truly a funny guy and Magic Makers would better future productions with Mr. Lovell by including such a segment.

Three words "Pick a Nip" this is a very cool DVD actually 3 DVD's. Included in this set is a Card DVD with stunts like Pik-a-nip and Sandwich Outdone, a Coin DVD with Trans-knee-location and some work on the matrix with John Born (you have not seen a matrix until you've seen John do it) and a jam session DVD which was my favorite. This stuff is as cutting edge as your gonna get on a DVD so pick it up you wont be disapointed.
